Francophonie Celebration: Short Film Screening

In celebration of le mois de la Francophonie, the Alliance hosted a special screening of the award-winning short film “L'enfant à la peau blanche” (The Boy with White Skin) — the story of an albino child, entrusted by his father to a group of gold miners, who embodies all of their hopes.
The evening featured a presentation by Mame Toucouleur MBaye, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Senegal in Los Angeles, followed by the screening and a Q&A, with wine and a curated selection of charcuterie and cheeses.
